Patna.The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), under the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, will organize a series of Grievance Redressal Camps across its Cluster Offices from 13 July to 3 August 2026. The initiative aims to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues faced by industrial units operating in BIADA Industrial Areas while strengthening coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
These camps will provide industrial units with a dedicated platform to present their grievances directly before the concerned BIADA officials, enabling prompt action and expeditious resolution of issues. The camps will also offer an opportunity for industrial stakeholders to share their feedback and suggestions. Wherever required, coordinated action at different levels will be undertaken to facilitate the early and effective resolution of pending matters.
The Grievance Redressal Camps will be held at Begusarai Cluster Office on 13 July 2026, Purnea Cluster Office (Purnea–Saharsa Cluster) on 15 July, Bhagalpur Cluster Office on 17 July, Bihta Cluster Office on 20 July, Patna Cluster Office on 22 July, Darbhanga Cluster Office on 24 July, Gaya Cluster Office on 27 July, Hajipur Cluster Office on 29 July, Muzaffarpur Cluster Office on 31 July, and Motipur Cluster Office on 3 August 2026. All camps will commence at 10:00 AM, with the concerned Cluster Office officials present to facilitate the timely and effective resolution of grievances.
BIADA has appealed to all industrial units operating in its Industrial Areas to participate in the Grievance Redressal Camp being organized at their respective Cluster Office and take full advantage of this facilitation initiative.
