Aurangabad. On the occasion of its 37th Foundation Day, Navbihar Times honoured Kandarp Kusum, the Circle Head of Punjab National Bank (PNB), Aurangabad Circle, for his outstanding banking services and remarkable work in the interest of customers.
Under Mr. Kusum’s leadership, several effective initiatives have been undertaken to provide superior and modern banking services to customers across the 75 branches operating in the Aurangabad, Rohtas and Arwal districts under the PNB Aurangabad Circle. Since he assumed office, significant steps have been taken to improve the quality of customer service at branches, simplify and bring transparency to banking processes and promote digital banking services. As a result, customers are now able to access banking transactions and other financial services with greater ease than before.
PNB is also playing an active role in the effective implementation of various public welfare schemes launched by the central and state governments. The bank’s branches are working continuously to ensure that the benefits of schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana, social security schemes, loan schemes for farmers and self-employment and other government initiatives reach eligible individuals.
Today, representatives from the Navbihar Times management, Madan Mohan Srivastava and Atal Bihari Singh, presented this honour at the Circle Head’s office.
Upon receiving the honour, Kandarp Kusum stated that this recognition belongs not just to him, but to the entire Punjab National Bank family. He emphasized that providing quality, secure and prompt banking services to customers is his top priority. He added that the bank would continue to work with full commitment to meet customer expectations and ensure that the government’s public welfare schemes reach the last person in the queue.
