Aurangabad. A review-cum-coordination meeting was held by the Main collectorate via video conferencing with all District Magistrates across the state regarding the state-level ‘Sahyog Shivir’, which is to be organized in Patna on the second Tuesday of every month.
From Aurangabad district, District Magistrate Smt. Abhilasha Sharma, DRDA Director Shri Anupam Kumar and other officials from concerned departments participated in the meeting.
It was informed during the meeting that, under the leadership of the Chief Minister Shri Samrat Chaudhary, a state-level ‘Sahyog Shivir’ will be organized on the second Tuesday of every month at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Patna. The first state-level ‘Sahyog Shivir’ will be held on 14 July 2026 at ‘Samvad’, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, 4 Deshratna Marg, Patna.
As this camp is being organized specifically for applicants, all concerned officials have been directed to ensure the speedy disposal of all pending applications.
To avail the benefits of the state-level ‘Sahyog Shivir’, applicants can register online on the “sahyog.bihar.gov.in” portal using the reference number of their previous application. After scrutinizing the received applications, selected applicants will be informed about the date and time of the camp via SMS.
Following the meeting, the District Magistrate instructed officials from the concerned departments to ensure that all necessary preparations for the successful organization of the state-level ‘Sahyog Shivir’ are completed in a time-bound manner.
