Gayaji. A violent head-on collision occurred between two Hyva trucks near the Konch Block office on the Gaya-Goh main road on Sunday. The drivers of both vehicles sustained critical injuries in the accident. According to the police, both trucks were speeding and approaching from opposite directions. The impact was so severe that the front sections of both vehicles were completely mangled. Locals and shopkeepers gathered at the scene upon hearing the crash. Following the incident, police from the Konch station and villagers worked hard to extricate both drivers, who were trapped inside their cabins. The injured were immediately rushed to the Community Health Center in Konch. After administering first aid, doctors referred both patients to Magadh Medical College Hospital in Gaya for advanced treatment due to their critical condition.The collision caused a traffic jam lasting about half an hour. The police have seized both damaged trucks and brought them to the station. The police are investigating the matter.
