Patna. The outreach campaign of Neeraj Kumar Sinha,the NDA-backed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Bankipur Assembly by-election is steadily gaining momentum. On Thursday, he connected with people across various wards, markets, neighborhoods, and public spaces in the constituency, appealing for votes in favor of the NDA. Enthusiasm and support from all sections of society were evident during the campaign. Local citizens, traders, lawyers, youth and women welcomed him warmly and expressed confidence in his victory.
The campaign began early in the morning at Sri Krishnapuri Park (Ward 21), where he had cordial interactions with morning walkers. Subsequently, he met residents in the ‘Mahal’ area of the Sri Krishnapuri neighborhood for a ‘Chai pe Charcha’ (discussion over tea). Citizens offered positive suggestions regarding the area’s development and expressed their faith in the BJP.
The campaign then moved to the Sri Hanuman Temple complex on Ashok Rajpath, where, after offering prayers, he interacted with devotees and local citizens. Following this, he conducted a door-to-door campaign across various areas, including Natraj Gali (Ward 37), Ashok Rajpath, Gola Road, Bajaja, Daldali, IMA Hall, Dwarikanath Lane and Salimpur Ahra. An extensive public outreach campaign was conducted in the Bakarganj Road area and its surroundings (under the Junction Mandal), as well as in areas under the Kadamkuan Mandal including Uma Cinema Hall, Daldali Road, Bajaja Electronic Market, Kala Manch, Thakurbari Road, Chudi Market and Park Road. A large number of party office-bearers, workers and supporters including Councilor Sanjeev Anand and Mandal President Manoj Kumar, participated in the campaign.
The party workers displayed great enthusiasm during the event. At several locations, citizens expressed their intention to vote for the NDA to ensure the continuity of development in Bankipur.
In the afternoon, the candidate met with advocates at the Patna Civil Court complex to seek their support and blessings.
During the outreach campaign, people expressed confidence that the residents of Bankipur would once again vote for the NDA—ensuring a victory by a record margin—to carry forward the development initiatives started by former MLA and BJP National Secretary Nitin Navin.
Candidate Neeraj Sinha highlighted the immense public support the campaign is garnering in Bankipur. He expressed that he is overwhelmed by the love and affection shown by the people of the constituency. He confidently stated that the people here have already decided that the ‘Lotus’ will bloom in this by-election.
