Gayaji. Dr. Prem Kumar, Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, distributed ration cards to approximately 100 beneficiaries from Wards 11 and 12 within the Gayaji Town Assembly constituency. The distribution took place on the premises of District School and Ram Ruchi Kanya Vidyalaya.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Prem Kumar stated that the objective of both the state and central governments is to extend the benefits of public welfare schemes to the person standing at the very last rung of the social ladder. He added that the government is continuously working to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of these schemes in a timely and transparent manner.
He urged the beneficiaries to avail themselves of all welfare schemes run by the government and requested them to inform the concerned department if any eligible person’s name had been left out, so that they too could be included in the schemes.
A large number of beneficiaries were present on the occasion, alongside Ward Councilors Dimpal Kumar and Deepak Chandravanshi, as well as Bablu Kumar, Saket Kumar, Rahul Sharma, Vijay Kumar, Rajesh Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, Gautam Kumar and Pappu Neelkar.
