Kahalgaon (Bhagalpur). Ravindra Sharma assumed charge as the Head of Project at NTPC Kahalgaon on Monday. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Operation and Maintenance department at NTPC Darlipali.
With nearly 35 years of experience in the power sector, Sharma has worked in key areas such as electrical maintenance, power plant construction and fuel management.
He has successfully discharged various responsibilities across several NTPC projects, including Anta, Jhajjar, Jhanor-Gandhar, North Karanpura and Darlipali.
Upon assuming charge, Mr. Sharma stated that his priorities include ensuring safety, operational excellence, improved generation performance, environmental compliance and the overall development of employees and local communities.
General Manager (Operation) Manoranjan Parida and Additional General Manager (HR) Manoranjan Sarangi were also present on the occasion.
