Through this collaboration, JSDMS will recommend suitable candidates trained under its Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojna (MMSY) to Hyperpure through its Training Service Providers (TSPs). These candidates may be considered for onboarding as pickers and operators by Hyperpure’s authorised third party vendors, across locations pan India as openings arise.
Shri Shailendra Kumar Lal, Mission Director cum CEO, JSDMS, said, “Our collaboration with Hyperpure by Zomato opens up a meaningful pathway for the youth of Jharkhand who have been trained under the Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojna. Our objective has always been to ensure that skill development translates into real employment and collaboration with an organisation of Hyperpure’s scale helps us take that mission forward.”
“India is at a point where a large share of its workforce is set to enter the job market over the next few years. Through our collaboration with JSDMS, we get to be part of that shift by bringing trained and motivated youth from Jharkhand into Hyperpure’s growing network. Programmes like the Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojna prepare candidates for the workforce, and we see this as a chance to bridge that readiness into real, on ground employment opportunities offered by our vendors” adds Rishi Arora, CEO, Hyperpure.
The collaboration reflects Hyperpure’s commitment to building a supply chain that creates livelihood opportunities at scale, while giving trained youth from Jharkhand access to jobs beyond the state.
