Ranchi. The Jharkhand government has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth nearly ₹87,000 crore during an investors’ meet held in New Delhi, marking a major step towards accelerating industrial and economic growth in the state.
The investment proposals span key sectors including artificial intelligence (AI), information technology (IT), data centres, infrastructure, manufacturing, and renewable energy. State officials said the projects are expected to generate thousands of employment opportunities while strengthening Jharkhand’s industrial ecosystem.
The government described the agreements as a significant milestone in its efforts to attract private investment and position Jharkhand as a preferred destination for technology-driven industries. Officials added that the proposed projects are expected to boost economic development and improve infrastructure across the state.
