Mumbai. Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has married his longtime partner Gauri Spratt in an intimate ceremony held at his residence in Mumbai’s Bandra on Sunday. The couple officially registered their marriage under the Special Marriage Act before celebrating with a private family gathering.
The wedding was attended by around 150 guests, including close family members, childhood friends, and a select group of film industry colleagues. Among those present were filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, politician Raj Thackeray, comedian Vir Das, former cricketer Irfan Pathan, and actor Elli AvrRam.
The ceremony was deliberately kept simple, reflecting the couple’s preference for privacy. Family members, including Aamir’s children—Junaid Khan, Ira Khan and Azad Rao Khan—along with Gauri Spratt’s son, were present during the celebrations.
This marks Aamir Khan’s third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao. Ahead of the wedding, Aamir had said he wanted a “very small, intimate” ceremony with only family and close friends and sought everyone’s blessings for the couple’s new journey together.
