Aurangabad. In accordance with the directives of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi and the Bihar State Legal Services Authority (BSLSA), Patna and under the guidance of Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Kumar, Chairman-cum-Principal District & Sessions Judge of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Aurangabad, a Special Lok Adalat will be organized on July 18, 2026 at the Civil Court, Aurangabad. This event aims to facilitate the amicable and speedy resolution of cases related to cheque bounces.
Ms. Tanya Patel, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, stated that all preparations for the Special Lok Adalat have been completed. To ensure the disposal of the maximum number of cases, approximately 1,200 notices have already been sent to the concerned parties.
The District Legal Services Authority has appealed to all concerned parties, advocates and representatives of banks and financial institutions to appear at the special Lok Adalat on July 18, 2026, at the scheduled time with the necessary documents and cooperate in the speedy and amicable resolution of their cases.
